Following the two pilot phases of the FEI Online Invitation System for Jumping in 2018, it was approved at the FEI General Assembly in Bahrain to run further pilot phases in 2019 with different parameters than the current Jumping Rules – Annex V.

As you are aware, FEI have made changes to the concepts and workflows of the system in response to feedback they received in order to correctly apply the CSI Invitation Rules and create further opportunity for Jumping Athletes to compete at different CSI Events.

FEI have run a pilot phase of this new version for the relevant CSI events during week 47 (18.11.2019 – 24.11.2019) and this has been a success.

The full launch will apply for all the relevant CSI Events in week 6 of 2020; the corresponding timeframes are:

  • Athlete Selection Period: 9 December 2019 – Sunday 5 January 2020
  • National Federation Confirmation week: Monday 6 January 2020 – Sunday 12 January 2020
  • Allocation of Invitations: Monday 13 January 2020

We will follow-up with further details in due course; in the mean time, you can refer to the FEI Online Invitation System for Jumping Implementation Guidelines here.

In your work as FEI jumping officials you can use FEI Sport Manager App. Please note this is not FEI Sport app.

FEI Sport Manager App provides you much more opportunities as jumping official. You can follow the entries by the quotas of OC, NF or Longines ranking.

The app is available at Google Play and App Store.
